Spanish girl from Barcelona with a finance background whose real passion has always been fitness and sports.
In 2023, I discovered how much I truly love coaching when I started teaching spinning at Velocity Switzerland. That’s when everything changed for me.
I quickly fell in love with the energy in the room, the shared drive, the music, the sweat, and most of all - the people. There’s something really powerful about working out together, pushing each other, and building that sense of community.
People often say “find your why” — and I’ve found mine in coaching. My goal is to bring that energy and connection into every HIIT session. It’s not just about getting stronger physically - it’s about having fun, supporting each other, and enjoying the journey as a team.
I truly believe we can create something amazing together — not just a workout group, but a community that lifts each other up and grows together.

At Hype, we’ve reimagined group fitness by combining high-energy workouts with real-time performance tracking.
Our 50 minute sessions are built to challenge, inspire, and connect: so you’re not just working out, you’re leveling up with every class.
To get the most out of your training, we use smart technology that tracks your heart rate, watts, and calories live during each session.

Download the Aplifit Play app:
Before your first session, create a user profile with your personal details (your data is private and never shared).
Your coach will provide you with the Gym code as soon as you book your first session, which you’ll need to log into the app and connect with Hype studio.
This allows you to receive accurate, personalized performance stats after every workout.

Self check-in upon arrival:
Use the iPad at the entrance to check yourself in and get ready to go.

Get your gear:
Your coach will hand you a heart rate arm band before the workout begins. Make sure you see yourself on the screen!

Track in real time:
Follow your heart rate, watts, and calories live on screen as you train.

Stay motivated:
